Presentation of the Curricula

The Higher Vocational College invites applicants to register in the two post-secondary vocational sub-degree programmes: Designing Materials and Photography. The curricula are drafted according to the needs of the modern economy and they are evaluated on the basis of the ECTS standard – ECTS-credits are awarded for successfully completed studies.

The duration of course is 2 years. The curriculum prescribes 10 weeks (400 hours) of practical training, given on the premises of employers, for each year. The successfully concluded practical training is compulsory for registering in the following Year of study or the conclusion of study, as the case may be.

This school is the first public institution in Slovenia that provides education in the field of photography at a level which is higher than the upper secondary level of education. So far it is also the only school at post-secondary level which provides studies in methods for designing stonework.
